About us

The Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (IPW) at ETH Zurich is devoted to cutting-edge research at the interface of life and pharmaceutical sciences. It develops concepts, targets, and prototypes for tomorrow's diagnostics and therapeutics.

The IPW has developed the postgraduate programme „Pharmaceuticals – From Research to Market“. This programme prepares natural scientists and pharmacists for a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry. 

At the Bachelor and Master's level, the IPW offers certified programmes. It also provides an opportunity to study for a doctorate.
